A true Christian does not believe in ghosts. They know that the bible is the word of God, and the bible says that the dead know nothing. Ghosts are nothing more than demons trying to deceive Christians in to making God out to be a liar. They can and do imitate the dead. But God does not lie. The dead know nothing. All people who have died await for the day of judgment. Until that day they are just sleeping in their graves. As for heaven and Hell....Hell is the grave, but there is a lake of fire, which is the second death. And heaven....The meek shall inherit the earth.

If you mean "ghosts" as in a supernatural being that appears out of nowhere and may take on the form of a person who has already died, then yes. The devil is a liar and is desperate and will use whatever he can to cost you your salvation.

He may come in the form of a "ghost" or even as an angel so be careful. What you are seeing is not your long-lost relative, it is of the devil.

As for the second question, all people will eventually go to heaven or hell, just not immediately after they die. The bible says that death is but a sleep and we will rest until Christ returns again, the second coming.

This is what my friend believes:

there is heaven and hell, and the good people go to heaven and the bad people go to hell, BUT

if someone is 50% bad and 50% good, they turn into a ghost.

if someone is good but has unfinished business, they stay behind as a ghost until they have finished it and then go to heaven, or if they don't finish it they remain ghosts forever.

A future politician. Learning to ride another on a primary, so it may pass...I forgot the term for this....

My personal opinion is no. Only by quoting the bible I can say this. I'll just give the core. 2 things. When people die, they are asleep, awaiting the judgment. Some people go straight to His presence. Enoch. The crucified thief....But, we see Elias and Moses appear with Jesus...suggesting that they were in this time.

I do not think anyone knows for sure

Yes, "The Holy Ghost". Every being good or bad inbodied or not is a spirit. There are different types of being from demons to angles to humans, to God. All are spirits and all are within the realm of God. The angles that left the heavenlies with Lucifer are now what we call demons. The Spirit of God Himself is the Holy Spirit and the only Spirit that we need to deal with. As for ghost, they can disquise themselves as good when they are really demonic. it is not good to deal in the realm of those spirits. God will send ministering angles to you as you need them. If you have the Spirit of God in you then why would you need any other spirit in you?

They pretend to be loved ones through understanding putting forward and appearing like those that are exceeded. in case you've faith in scripture, no the position do you spot spirits roaming round earth. They both bypass to hades or heaven. look on the wealthy guy and lazerous in Luke 16. The lazerous that Jesus raised from the useless, it doesnt say the position his spirit went yet once againe look on the Gospel of Luke 16. The note is likewise sparkling about believers, "absent from the body is to be latest with the Lord. favourite spirits are deamons pretending to be those who've lived.
