I would like to find out how come all the Doctors and Lawyers are still practicing?

They never seem to become qualified, always 'practicing'?

This is a cute complaint about a secondary definition of the word, I guess.

If you do know any specific professional practicing without a required valid license, contact the authority. Otherwise, don't generalize, don't lump people together and don't post vague complaints disguised as questions.
