i would feel sweaty and out of a job. living in miami, a burka would be pretty nasty even in winter, and being a woman, i'd have to give up being a high school teacher and stay in the house and depend on men to take care of me. i doubt i'd last very long really. i'd crack eventually and run around on the beach in a bathing suit and a male family member would have to murder me to save the family from further shame. gee, mexico is sounding pretty good right now.

I probably wouldn't be alive for long, and neither would most Christians and Jews and those that break Shira law. Then women would be in Burkas. No freedom of Religion nor press.

It wouldn't be a good place to be.

I'd be proud to live in the Caliphate of Los Angeles. Give me my supply of rocks to throw and I'll be set. Just kidding.

I'd move somewhere else, probably, for my kids' sake.

America would cease to exist as we know it, because there would be Sharia law and you can kiss our Constitution goodbye.

Who cares how I would "feel?" What matters is what would happen, which would be the loss of freedom of religion, thought, action and the pursuit of happiness. In other words, good-bye US Constitution, Bill of Rights, capitalism, democracy, etc.

I would become the insurgent then.
This nation was built on Christian/Judeo beliefs. If muslim belief takes the forefront, America will no longer have the foundation it was built on.

(I'm agnostic) but Id fight for the rights of others to worship as they please.Because if one freedom goes then the others would soon follow

I suppose it depends on if that means the religion will interfere in government more than christianity does. As long as it stayed out of politics I could care less.

Just as long as they aren't the radical extremist factions that try to force it on any one else. Or believe in killing others in the name of GOD.

I would feel like dying but I couldn't because I would have to join the mass of Americans fighting for the remnants of what we had. To picture our future children living under Muslim rule makes me sick to my stomach.
