Here is a good tip for you if you are going to drink alcohol on an empty stomach. Drink 1 ltr of water before you go out. It stops you from being drunk.

Yeah and while you are at it take a few hits off a crack pipe to take away the hunger pangs and then in a couple days eat as if you were starving. Then look to see if you have any money left and if not then pawn something and start all over again.

Yes, but it will be absorbed quicker. It's the preferred method if you're trying to get drunk. If you wish to stay sober and know where you're clothes are and what you did the night before, eat some food and drink water before drinking alcohol.

Well not exactly because booze effects will kick off very quickly and you're more likely to experience severe vomiting later. Been there, done that an ain't a pic-nic the morning after either.

I think the effects of the alcohol just come on quicker on an empty tummy.....when i have done that i feel sicker quicker

based on my experience, It is never safe to drink alchohol or a liquor if u havent eaten anything in a day. You could also try to eat while you're drinking, I think it will be fine.
