Yeah...these are reflexive verbs. A verb like llamarse translated directly means "to call oneself (a name)". Other verbs that follow this pattern include abrazarse (to hug each other), besarse (to kiss each other) cepillarse (to brush one's teeth). The articles used for each subject pronoun are me, te, se, nos, os, se.
The difference between te llamas and se llama: te llamas is the informal you form (tu) and se llama is the he, she, or usted (formal you) form. Usted is used with people older than you, strangers, and people in positions of authority...cops, the president, teachers, parents, etc.
This is not to be confused with direct objects (me, te, le, nos, os, les). These are used in sentences like this: He gave me the bill. "Me dio la cuenta."

Yes. In the examples that you've given, you seem to be asking about the use of reflexive verbs.
I think if you just type "Spanish reflexive verbs" into Google, you'll probably find a lot of sites that explain this.
You should also know that "se" and "te" are not just reflexive pronouns; they can be used for other things as well. But one at a time.

There are times howerver when you could say "te llama" if you are saying "He is calling you" It's "te llama" That's not the reflexive use, in that case te is the indefininte article.

te --> llamas
se --> llama
"te" conjugates the verb in the second person.
"se" conjugates the verb in the third person.
You use the second person just like in English. When you are talking directly to someone.
The third person you can either use it when you're talking to someone about someone/something else, or when you are talking directly to someone but formally.
Examples:
¿Cómo te llamas?
¿Cómo se llama?
¿Cómo te sientes?
¿Cómo se siente?
¿Cómo te recuerdas?
¿Cómo se recuerda?
