Do you feel it fare that a father of a child should lose his lic. Do to back child support. And do feel that the father could pay his back child support if he had his lic. taking away. to get tback and forth to work to pay it.

The fathers this happen to are not paying, despite driving around so the argument that your are taking thier livleyhood is no good.
I do agree with it, the b@astards need to learn to be responsible. If they insist on acting like children, we will take thier toys away.
Also what else would you do, ordering them to pay does no good, otherwise thier wouldn't be a problem. The jails are to full already, and it would cost to much to jail all these dead-beat dads.

My question .. how the heck did you lose your License? Were you dui? But yes you need to keep your child up on support.

Seems like a vicious circle. How can he pay if he can't drive to work ? Does seem strange.
