Funding medical school fees by dancing in a strip club: right or wrong?

I don't see why not! Its a free world and legal, I would suggest one thing though maybe do it as far away from your university as possible the students don't forget things like that!!!!!!! :-))))

How would u feel about running into ur classmates, doctors, professors at the club?? plus is dancing in a strip club the only mean to support urself?? How do u find the time to study?? It's never about the right or wrong. It's what u think and feel about urself, and how u want people to see u.

If this is the way you are choosing to earn money, it's not wrong. However, there are much more practical jobs that you could apply for other than dancing at a strip club.

If that will bring in good money - i have no issues with it. Many students turn to these type of jobs - bouncers at girly bars etc. I draw the line at prositution because its such an emmotional type of job where the down side is mental illness and depression and many girls take drugs to get them through which causes a fdownward spiral. Strippiing in a club not an issue but dont get caught up in the lifestyle of drugs and booze and mistresses to thugs and prositution etc

As long as you (and your partner if you have one) don't have a problem with it, why not? It is your choice to make. I knew a girl in college that did this to pay for her undergrad. The downside was that when she finally did want a serious relationship, everyone just called her a s**t. She still lives in that town, and no one respects her because of her choice.
If you plan on living in a different place after med school and you are ok with it, it sounds like a decent idea. Otherwise, beware the repercussions.

You Go Girl... If you have the Body and the Brass kneck to make easy money like that ..Good luck to you.. Wear a Wig and use a false name though...dont want your stripping days to come back and haunt you once your a top Doc..

However you get from point A to point B is your choice. I say, if you got the body there is a lot of money to be made.....I can't wait to hear the advice of the bible thumpers though....hmmm...how dare you make a choice in your own life without them?

Nice work if you can get it. Good pay, short hours and after the shock of the first few weeks very easy.
