There is this guy that i have known for like a couple of months. I want to date this person. I mean i have flirted, cuddled with him, showed him in every way that i am interested. He says that he thinks we are friends, but at other times he is confused. I want to know what you guys think and to know if there is anything that i can do, not sexual, to get the point through to him that i want him to be my boyriend.

lead by example, and most importantly ask/tell him.

then give him the sex and he'll realize what the deal is.

Unfortunately, I'm sure that he knows your intentions, and though you think the answer is clear for him, I don't think he's going to act. From the sounds of it, he's not interested in you. If you're just dying to know, just ask, "Do you like me?" He'll probably say, "Yeah, as a friend." Then you say, "Just a friend?" and then he'll tell you the truth.
It might hurt, but at least you're not stuck wondering. Get over him, he's not interested. (I've been there... twice)

Maybe you should try the opposite approach of playing hard to get. Ignore him a little bit, act standoffish. If he is really interested he will take initiative & make the next move.

Massages.
(and i mean like shoulders... not below the belt.)

Feed him chocolate.

And if he doesn't already know, tell him you like him.
