Hi Roland,
We all get down sometimes. Try spending some quality time alone with your favorite alcoholic beverage (try Jose Cuervo Golden Margherita) or non-alcoholic beverage (Starbucks, maybe?), some kickass music ("Lachrymosa" by Evanescence if you want moody or "Say it Right" by Nelly Furtado for something lighter) and enjoy being alive. Hey, it's better to feel sad than to feel nothing at all.
