A few kangs loose in the top paddock - that's awesome. Love that one...
Some of the others I thought of (from a recent trip down under - you can tell me if people were BSing me)
- He's away with the fairies - absent minded or scatterbrained
- Thick as a couple of short planks - stupid
- shaking hands with unemployed - male urination

Fair dinkum : true, real, genuine ("I'm a dinkum Aussie"; "is he fair dinkum?")
Spit the dummy: get very upset at something.
Ridgy-didge : original, genuine
You little ripper! : Exclamation of delight or as a reaction to good news
Stone the crows! Shock at something

The Word "Bloody" = Substitute fo the F---ing word
Bullshit = Lies
But remember, U can tell when an Aussie is "On the level", (being truthful) when they dribble out of both sides of there mouth at the same time.
