Keep it short, not a heavy style. Maybe about 3-4 inches. Do what looks good on you and ask a stylist or even a variety of stylists for their opinions. Also, maybe even a doctor can advise you--a dermatologist. I am having hair problems myself and my doctor recommended me to see a dermatologist because they specialize in hair problems. I did not know that and I set up an appointment.

go to a good stylist, do not use lots of products that will clump your hair together. Hair that is softer and fluffier looks thicker. I would think shorter hair under two inches is the ideal but your stylist needs to see the way your hair lays. Please no comb overs.
