What saddens me the most is that most of those children are swiped away from loving families for something retarded, and social services deems them "bad parents" and send them away to those places, because they CAN. They prey on the low income community. (have you ever seen a child taken from a WEALTHY family? I think not!!!) They almost never follow up, and take no responsibility when something like that happens. I could go on forever.
As for the people taking them in, it is for control, money, and easy access to children.

I understand you question. I was watching Law and Order one day and this African American baby was shot along with other children. The target was the African American. His foster parents took out a life insurance on him and tried to have him killed to collect the money. I know that it really didn't happen but stuff like that happens all the time and it is sad. The social workers are so busy and are trying to place these children but some of the homes that they place them in are rally bad and on the other hand some people who would be great parents they don't get approved because of this or that. It is really sad.

These people are monsters. Their behavior is no different than the people who actually bring children into the world and then abuse them in devastating ways and yes even kill them. If you can understand why kids end up running away from home into really bad situations for the most part, then you get the picture as difficult as this is.

Because they are monsters and a**holes who deserve to spend the rest of their lives in prison. But the reality is our government doesn't usually punish to the fullest extent of the law and then these worthless beings are let loose again only to repeat these things somewhere Else.As far as Social Services...You have some good workers who actually do their jobs and check on these kids on a regular basis....and then you have those who claim that they are so overworked that it's not their fault if one gets overlooked. These poor kids are just a number or a paycheck to these people.

foster parents recieve money from the state(monthly, i believe) for every child they take in. that is the only reason that i can think of that a lot of people who mistreat foster children actually want to take them in in the first place.

It is beyond belief. Unfortunately, too many social workers only look for th ePC reasons - they will hane a child over to a convicted molester before somebody who once smoked a cigarette.

They adopt children beccause god didn't want them to have children and that they get money from the state. They also can't handle it.

There is no explanation for this.
They are just sad sick individuals who need imprisonment.
I think that it's disgraceful that they aren't monitered by social services properly.
