I used to put up all the lights and the tree, until I finally bought one of those pre-lit trees. Now my wife assembles and decorates the tree, and I still do all the lighting on the exterior of the house.
I need to get to that this weekend. Thanks for reminding me.

When I was married we did it together and always ended up fighting , why I dont know but we did. Now that I am divorced I enjoyed it with my kids, now that I no longer get to see my kids because they are in the Army I dont enjoy it but do it to remind me of them.

I do. Mostly because it's one of the only activities that my family can do together without fighting..so the hour or two of serenity is really nice.
