I eat a lot, not like unhealthy foods, like junk and fast food, but normal foods, and I never gain weight. Why is that?
I am only 68 pounds, at 5"3, I am 14 years old, and a girl.

From your question, I assume that you don't purge after you eat. If you do -- then you have an eating disorder and should see a doctor.

It might have more to do with the fact that you are 14 than what you are eating. When I was your age, I could eat anything and was always skinny. Unfortunately, as I got into my 20s, I didn't change my eating habits -- and my good fortune as a teenager didn't stay with me. I had to start watching what I ate.

At 14, your body is still raging with hormones. You might want to see a doctor if you don't fill out soon.

as long as your doctor states you are healthy at that weight then dont worry . also you will " fill " out alot more within the next couple of years , and your body will go thru many changes . the most important thing is to eat healthy and get exercise !!

when you are mid 40's and maybe have a couple kids ...you will be back on here asking why you cant lose weight ...lol

I had a hyper active thyroid as a kid and had to take medication for it - you might want to get checked and see if there is any medical reason for it. Other than that it could just be that you are still growing - if so don't worry - it will eventually catch up to you!
