I do not think that eating fish everyday is a good idea. But yes it would be low in cholesterol

I'd be more concerned about lead levels than cholesterol! Large fish like tuna (can weigh more than 300 Lbs) feed for several years or decades and consume trace amounts of lead and other harmful metals each feeding. Over the course of their life they end up with a HUGE dose of lead. If you eat tuna every day, that lead will add up to a sickening dose.

Small fish live shorter lives and therefore have the minutest levels of harmful metals.

Once upon a time, I would have agreed with that. But with the levels of mercury found in ocean going fish these days, I would not recommend eating canned tuna more than once a week.

"What’s the fat and cholesterol content in tuna? Tuna contains 10 to 20 milligrams of cholesterol in a two-ounce serving, which is less than what is in poultry. Fat content, including omega-3s, varies according to the fish, depending on what it ate, where it was caught, and the temperature of the water in which it lived. To be sure of the fat content, read the label on the can. If you are concerned about calories, choose the water-packed tuna that is lowest in fat. If you want more omega-3s, choose the high-fat albacore tuna."

There is mercury in tuna. That is why it is only allowed to pregnant women 1-2 cans a week depending on which variety you choose. You can look that up in any maternity book.
