I just want something with at least 3 megapixels and cost 100 dollars or less that can also take still images.

You can get exactlly what you want at cheapest prices search engine. I shop there all of the time and almost every merchant is there including ebay, walmart, amazon etc.
There are also over a million consumer reviews.

thats gonna be near impossible to find, even the kids ones are 200 at the least! u can try by writing a wanted ad in the newspaper and ask around, maybe put an ad in the community board

you want a digital camcorder which can take 3MPX of still images...well.. i would say only place to look for be ebay as its difficult to get that kind of camcorder brand new

check out e-bay. You can find just about anything you want there. Be sure to check out the price for shipping. Sometimes it can be pretty expensive.
