Well it depends how well you know her and what your r/ship with her is. Um there's really no way to tell someone something like that without hurting their feelings. You could just hint around, like say you had a friend who used to have a moustache and then she waxed it and now she looks a lot better. That might get her thinking about it. But if she doesn't get the hint ask her to go with you shopping at a beauty supply store for fun, then lead her down the wax aisle and say "Hey, have you ever thought of trying this?"

Start by telling her that it's not her mustache that's the problem, it's that you don't like her for who she is. If you couch in terms of how shallow you are, it will soften the blow.

First, make sure she's a woman. I really wouldn't go there unless she was my sister or a very close friend. Otherwise, stay away from that subject--I'm sure she knows, and how do you not know that she likes it?
