what a business woman search in the men to date or to share?

i ask this because recently i saw three cases where three business women were dating men that at first sight do not belongs to their world,but my point is that they look so happy with them.

With lot of business around they see business even when dating and when its too much of it,
they see a non-committed free and leisure time.
