Everyone seems to care so much about their physical, social health. How can you take care of your mental health?

Have a good support system in your life by nurturing healthy friendships, spending time with friends and doing things together that you enjoy.

Keep things in perspective by seeing things in their context and if you feel stressed ask yourself if the situtation's really worth worrying about.

Set healthy boundaries in your life. Know when to say no to people and when to let people know when they are bothering you.

Maintain a strong sense of humor and learn to laugh at yourself if you make mistakes.

Take care of your physical health by eating well and exercising and this will help to promote better mental health.

Set aside times to just be by yourself and do something relaxing. Setting aside time to "decompress" can go a long way in relieving stress.

Do things to improve yourself and stimulate your mind, such as taking a class, reading, going to a political meeting, doing volunteer work, etc.

Knowing you are accepted in Jesus is first in mental health.

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
(Digestion of above can even prevent depression and suicidal thoughts.)

relax, try to look everything at the positive side, I know thats hard. but u have to try ur best to do that and most of your problems would be solved..feel better=)

Be yourself....... if you really aby normal see a shrink! be caring, thoughtful, loving and help others....... and take care of your physical self! Ta TA .....
