i get blisters a lot from dance and they heal partly between dance practices, but then the next time i go i 're-blister' in the same spots since they're not completely healed. neosporin works well but i don't have 5 days to keep putting it on before i have a dance practice! any suggestions or solutions to help them heal completely and quick (especially since winter break is coming up)? thanks

-Apply the petroleum jelly to the areas of your feet that are most likely to get blisters.
-Wear well-fitting shoes. Put padding on areas that are likely to rub and develop blisters.

Go see a chiropractor. There is a REASON you are getting blisters like that. Since this has to do with abnormal function in various places along the kinematic chain of back, hip, knee and ankle, it will cause much more serious problems than blisters later on. Today, you are getting annoying blisters. Tomorrow, you are getting joint pain that permanently ends your dance career. That doesn't have to happen.

Go to the foot care section at the drugstore, they have some really cool stuff you can rub to prevent blisters and other blister care products...

I can't think of the name of the blister prevention stuff but it totally works!

I have the new shoes and no blisters to prove it!

This may not heal the ones you have but will prevent new ones...

When I did gymnastics, we taped the blisters and rips across our hands with medical tape. On a more grim scale, you might want to pop it?
