Wow half the problem is already solved you know that it exists and thats the battle half won. if you are overweight its a little harder but a little something extra each day will set you on the right track, vitamins will also help along with a sensible diet have most of your carbs earlier in the day so you have the time to work them off. and dont eat too late at night the rest is just mind over matter

Set yourself some realistic goals to accomplish daily. Say you need to clean your house and keep it clean. On day one set your goal to do the dishes, than every 4or 5 days add another chore to your to do list for the day. keep adding things as you go. Its up to you to keep doing the daily things that need to get done even if you really don't feel like it. Soon your house will be clean and it will be alot easier after its totally clean to keep it that way. You can apply this technique to what ever it is your being lazy about. Once you establish a routine you'll find things will go alot smoother and it won't take you much time each day to accomplish your goals. Hope this helps Good Luck. I have had to use this technique to get myself motivated, due to chronic fatigue it really works.

Try to sit down for a minute. think about something that you are interested in or can motivate you. I think you are alright. All you need is motivation. A hobby, school subject, a specific job. Do something you like and you will be happy with yourself.

Note: make sure that what you like is a responsible activity and it is not going to put you into danger.

There is no easy answer for this. You have to just get up & go.
Eventually with time you will overcome your laziness.

Start walking places......even if its just around the block.... do this daily. Not power walking........just take a stroll.

You should try having a reason for whatever you want to do. It's human nature to want incentive to do something....

Now if you'll excuse me, my Lay-Z-Boy calls.
