Sharp needle pains after subway?

Question

both me and my sister can't eat at subway, whenever we do we both get sharp needle pains that feel like they are at the bottom of the stomach...why is this?

I honestly can only reach a single explanation, both of you are allergic to one or more of the ingridients. I never heard of anyone who had problems with Sub Way, I personally think it is one of the best around and they serve healthy food.

I wonder if they put a presevative in the meat that you are allergic to.
