5 mL is 1 teaspoon, so 100mL is 20 teaspoons, which is 6 tablespoons and two teaspoons. There are 2 tablespoons in 1/8 of a cup, so 100mL is equal to 3/8 cup plus two teaspoons.
Or measure out half a cup and then take out 1 teaspoon, you'd get the same thing.
Good luck trying to measure out 0.422...whatever cups if you do it that way.
