Right now we experience too much down time with Phonom which is voice over IP with Cavalier. Whenever our phone is out we do not have internet either; usually happens when it's windy or raining...good thing we don't live in Seattle (:

Verizon is pretty basic bread and butter POTS service around my place: Always on, always up. I've heard fewer complaints re high speed service both for DSL and, in select areas, FiOS compared to my cable modem provider Charter.

I only have cell phone service. Service, what an objectionable word. I don't think I have completed one call on that phone, they all get dropped. Can't wait until my contract is up at the new year.

It depends upon whom you ask. Some have had a great
experience, although more have had a mediocre one.
