I don't think so.
No one knows all the answers, and I don't think no one will ever know.
Some people just like to think they do, or say that their god or jesus is the answer to everything...

I am going to assume you mean possess all possible knoledge. This is effectively impossible. This has been proven Impossbile by Godel's theorums.the aforementioned theorum states that when within a system one cannot answer all possible questions about the system.for example if one asks a person who supposedly knows everything-"answer yes or no.will you affirm (say yes) or refute(say no) this statement" they cannot say ether because ether way they are wrong.however to you *someone outside the system* you know they cannot answer. so of one takes the universe as the system...the answer comes out no QED

Why would you want to? It is really great fun in this life to always be suprised. I love to find out new things and to no that my knowledge is so limited I can only move forward. Learning is the purpose of life. I guess if you accept that, than when you know all the answers you are no longer living. You are dead.

Not in this life, I don't believe so. But it is possible to keep an open mind about everything so that you can know as much as possible.
