Nooo that's a scam
There was something like that today on the news, but the scammer said that you inherited like 5 million bucks from a long lost relative all you have to do is to send 2,000 bucks. They said it was a scam on the news.
Be careful I don't think you should do it.

if you have to pay to collect a prize or a job, that is illegal and a scam.
