My daughter had eczema when she was a toddler. During the winter I only gave her a bath every other day. I would use wipes to clean her up in between. For the bath: don't use soap it makes eczema worse. Aveno has oatmeal bath which is what I used with my daughter. The oatmeal with absorb the dirt... trust me it works. Also try cetapil lotion for the really dry areas and apply as much as needed. My daughter grew out of it so there is hope. Take Care and Good Luck.

I would say it depends on how much she plays. In addition to how often you give her a bath, you should consider what you are using to bathe her. Use a mild soap with no purfume that does not later a lot. Cetaphil is a bit expensive, but good.
Also, make sure you put lotion on her when she gets out of the bath that also doesn't have perfumes.
I"m sure you already know this, but I just wanted to share in case. If the eczema continues to be bad, consult a dermatologist.

Is she getting treatment for eczema?
I think it depends on not using an aggressive soap, or using an oil based bubble bath, so you don't actually wash her skin with soap at all. When she's finished you may need to massage her with a skin cream to combat dryness.
I don't think it's possible to say how often you need to bath her, as it also depends on how her skin is, what the weather is like and if she has had a dirty play day.
I bath my kids about 3 times a week.

Both of my kids have sensitive skin and I normally give them a bath every other day unless they get really dirty or need it more than every other day. There are soaps out there too that can help with the itching and sooth rather than irritate. I've had to try several different things and am still looking for the right thing to try for my kids. Try hypoallergenic soaps and maybe lotions. Ones that don't have any scent or dyes in them too.

My daughter has eczema too really bad on her face and upper arms, She just got a new medicine and its a miracle, its called Hylira and your doctor has to prescribe it. Her doctor told me to bathe her every other day or less if I can get away with it and not to use any soap with a smell. Ivory is ok, and so is dove unscented.
P.S. If she gets dirty wipe her clean with water and a bit of soap but no need to bathe every single day if she has eczema

You usually should only bathe 2 times a week for people with skin that sensitive.
I am sure you have tired many many things to help heal the eczema.
My daughter got it on her face and we managed to get a cream called "elidel" in a prescription... It has worked wonders.

Oilatem is available from your doctor on free repeat prescription for this condition.
I bath my baby boy every day as it is part of his routine but do not use other products on him except twice a week to wash his hair etc. I use Oilatem every bathtime and though he does suffer from eczema/dry skin now only has it on his face but his body is clear of it I think from using Oilatem regualarly.
Also use a cream like doublebase/ultrabase (again available on prescription) a few times a week or as your doctor recommends.

My son is 3 and he just recently was diagnosed with eczema, what you can try before you take her to the doctors is cortizone .That should help they say with eczema try not to wash irritated area with soap unless extremely dirty because the soap can irritate it and make it worse .I normally give my child a bath at least every other day sometimes more.

As long as you use something like E45 or similar emollient in the water, I would say every day. It gets rid of the dead skin cells which cause further irritation, then you can add creams after the bath and clean pyjamas every night. This stops any old skin from getting back onto her skin and itching.
