I had done the same thing once, I made it so hot that i double the meat and beans in the recipe, and it was still pretty hot. I would add more cooked meat and or beans. The is no magician ingredient that will fix the problem, start a new batch and season it with the old batch.

I've done this before. First add sugar to the chili and let it cook for a short while. Then when you serve it, put a dollop of sour cream on top and stir it in.

Not only will it cut the heat, it'll taste delicious!

Try a little lime and a little salt. Just a tiny bit at a time with a tast in between. That's why a Margarita is good with spicy mexican food, it cuts the hot spicy a bit.

Do Not add vinegar - it brings out (not takes out) the heat. One can look this up to find out.
Refrigerating overnight may help with this - otherwise, like others here have mentioned, tomato sauce or tomatoes should make a difference.

the only thing you can do is make it a bigger portion,,, you will need to add more meat tomatoes or whatever it is you use to make your chili,,, water for sure...you can freeze the leftover , just put in a freezer Ziploc bag , it will freeze well for a few months and whenever you need a quick meal ,,,, its DONE,good luck, I've made the same mistake before

Add another can of tomatoes or red beans. Maybe dilute with a little more water and cook down. Add a little of your favorite beer.
