If you have a good heart it is never easy to break up even if you don't love them you don't want to see them hurt. You have to be honest with them. Talk to them alone and in private. You never want to break up with someone in public there may be a scene. Stand your ground and don't get caught up in not wanting to hurt their feelings. No matter what you say it is going to hurt no matter how nicely you say it.
Be honest with yourself as well as them..

Ummm...breaking up with someone you don't love, is 1000000000X easier than breaking up with someone you do love.
You simply tell them, "I don't want to be with you anymore because I don't love you"... and that's it. Maybe there's more discussion, maybe not. Then you move on.

you just say nicely and sincerely i want to date others as i am not wanting right now for serious comittment. be prepared for things keep your distance and be friends.
