iam shy and i wonder whether it may spoil our relation. I believe she is also interested but feels the same. So, pls help me out in suggeating the ways how to take her to a date or to have sex with her...

If she is just as interested in having sex as you are you will know it. Don't push the issue until you BOTH are ready! How old are you? I assume this is the first time for both of you and I'm crossing my fingers your not some teenager that is rushing into sex to be cool. First off, any time you have sex even with protection you are taking a chance of being a parent! Make sure you both are ready for that if it happens!!!! If you're not...then stay as you are and wait! If you are over the age of...oh let's say 18 and have a good job and can support a family if one may be created, then just relax. Take her out for a nice dinner, a movie and make sure she knows how much you care for her. Take her some place private and start with kissing. If she is getting into it then she will give you a gesture to go further, such as arching her body against yours. That means she wants to be closer. From there take it one step at a time and if she says to stop then do so and don't get mad! If you really love her you will be willing to wait as long as she needs to!
OH WOW! I didn't realize your question was asking "how to ask her on a date or sex" Sorry...should have read a little closer! Don't...you must be a teen and you have no business having sex with anyone! If she is your girlfriend then how have you not been on a date with her? Unless you were meaning that she is a girl and she is your friend but you are not together....in that case...you should still wait! Ask her on a date but no sex until you are both committed to eachother, compeletly!

Kind of unoriginal to think sex is gonna make a relationship any better or deeper isn't it? Can't you come up with a more original way to express your Love and devotion for her?
Why rush things by pushing em forward so quickly? Enjoy every moment you have together, be present in those moments, don't get overly complicated or bogged down thinking about soulmate crap or analyzing her comments or actions. Just be.
Go with the flow. Enjoy what you two have. Evolution took years not minutes.

How is she your girlfriend and you guys haven't gone on a date? First, you have to stop being so shy or you will never get anything accomplished. Just ask her if she is interested in seeing a movie or if she wants to get a bite to eat. I think you should conquer the dating part before you even attempt sex.

If you're deeply in love then you shouldnt have to ask unless you're 12. Communication is key in any relationship, just talk to her and ask her how she feels but if you're a teenager perhaps you need to speak with the school counsellor about things. Oh and ALWAYS WEAR A CONDOM!

i don't reccomend haveing sex until ur 15-18 but if u wanna ask her on a date hang out with her and just say "hey there's a good mivie playin at the theater u wanna go?" or watever be urself and be cool it'll be ok ,
if she's ur girlfriend then ther's even lesss to worry about she already loves u.
