I have the same challenges. However, I'm sure mine is mostly diet related and even though you say you "eat well," I would be willing to guess that you don't.

For example, do you eat within four hours of going to bed? If so, your bodies digestion process has been working all night while you slept and will leave you generally fatigued.

Do you consume high sugar products? Are you eating enough carbs? DO you drink coffee or some other highly caffeinated product? I would really look into all of these things and make sure your diet truly is one that supports high vitality (a diet that allows free oxygen flow increasing the quality of your blood cells.)

Additionally, is your workout routine Aerobic, Anaerobic or isometric? Many people think it is good to combine their exercise with a quick aerobic routine followed by an Isometric or Anaerobic routine, which immediately cuts off oxygen and blood flow...which in a sense makes your aerobic routine a waste of time.

Don’t burn out! Walk on the treadmill and pick it up slowly as your body and energy desires. Continue doing this and maybe lift some weights on the weekend, but do not combine the two or you will experience fatigue.

Lastly, how busy is your mind? Is it always thinking? Are you daydreaming, reliving the past or predicting the future all of the time? And do these thoughts cause any anxiety? For example, do you rehash negative moments in your head like past conflicts? Or do you enjoy activities that cause high anxiety? If so, anxiety can cause extreme fatigue and drop your energy level extremely low.

I can tell you as someone who has gone through it, these resources have helped me tremendously:

Living Health (Audio CDs)

Static Contraction
(I forget the author...just Google it)

Hope this helps brother!

It could depend on when you work out, and what you are doing. If you can work out earlier in the day, you will feel that you have more energy. Also, what is you caffeine intake? I ride around 28 miles a day on my track bike, and feel quite energized throughout the day.

This and earlier questions of yours suggest that you're compulsively obsessed with physical fitness (or rather your lack of it) and fighting....
Wouldn't be American by any chance, would you?
