Make plans for a romantic evening for two, then call her up a few days in advance, and ask her if she has any plans for the weekend and tell her it's because you want to spend time with her. If she doesn't (which she'll probably make sure she doesn't), give her the day and a time to be ready for you to pick her up and tell her to wear something casual but classy. She'll think that it's something special and she'll want to look sexy for the occasion. But, try not to be too obvious keep cool about everything as if it were just another day. This'll keep her in suspense. In the meantime, if you don't have anything to wear (something she hasn't already seen you in), shop a little. A sexy sweater and cologne would be perfect. The sexiest smell that would make her go absolutely insane; Jean Paul Gaultier. I promise she'll love it. When the day comes, pick up a bouquet of her favorite flowers and a CD with songs that'll set the mood right for later on (after this, you're gauranteed to score). When you get to your destination, take her hand into yours, look into her eyes, and tell her EXACTLY how you feel. She'll really be moved by you going out of your way to make things perfect when you could've just simply told her "I love you".

Make a trail of rose petals but stop every once in a while with a letter. Clues to go to the next place. Then when she follows the trail to the next spot she'll read another clue and so on. hen she reaches the end of the trail she'll have dinner with candlelight and a big Balloon saying "I Love You" with a vase a roses beside it. Be there waiting at the table dressed very handsomely and seat her and serve her. Pamper her and after dinner have a bubble bath with more candles and sprinkle some of the rose petals in the bath. Have Wine next to th tub ith 2 glasses and a strawberry pie with whipped cream topping and two forks, no plates as you'll eat the cake out of the container. While your in the tub. Also say "I Love You" in person don't just let the balloon speak for you. I did this for my hubby and I and let me tell you, he has no romantic Bone in his body and also let me tell you that night was the most phenomenal sex ever.

Actions speak louder than words, make it a life long mission. Treat her well and appreciate her every day. Never take her for granted. Be respectful always, be chilvaris often, and be her best friend. Bring her flowers when there's no occasion. Do things you don't want to do on occasion and don't complain (symphony, ballet). Big gifts or events are nice, but it's the long term that counts.

You know her best. When the moment is right just tell her I LOVE U! The way you say it will make all the meaning in the world. Better than a fancy gimmick. Or do something from your heart that also says it. Make her a card. Don't buy it, make it..
