First try to get to be his best friend, and that way you'll know more how he feels about you. Find a way to keep in touch with him. Ask him for his phone number and email, and ask him if it's OK to write or talk on the phone. Since you don't see him that often, I'm assuming you don't know all that is going on in his life. He may already have a girlfriend, so confessing to him how you feel may not be the wisest route to take. If you do, and he rejects you, then you'll be very hurt and probably embarrassed to see him again. So take your time, and just work on getting to know him really well. Find out what he likes to do, and what he wants to do when he gets older. Talk to him as often as you can, and then you'll know if there is a chance for love between the two of you. Good luck!

Grow a spine and not be a jellyfish and let him know how you feel. If not then he will never know and you'll never know if he likes you back. Besides that someone else could come along and sweep him off his feet before you have the chance. But to say that you love him may be pushing the envelope a little as you haven't even gone out with him yet, he could turn out to be someone completely different then he has shown and so you should get to know him a lot better before you make this claim of loving him.

I will give you a good advice my friend.
First of all, you should know if he is in love with anybody else before saying anything.
While you are sitting with each others, tell him a story, like your best friend is in love with somebody, and that somebody is not noticing, so what shall she do?
Take his opinion and act accordingly the other day you see him.
In this way, you can realize how he thinks and how is his perspective regarding this issue.

You have to decide if u really want him to know or not. If you do then you really should tell him because chances are he feels the same way you do, but if your not ready for him to know then call him and try to hang out with him more, get to know him better!

uh hello, what do you have to lose? If you don't tell some one how you feel they will never know, if he for some reason doesn't feel the same, at least he knows and you won't have to guess for the rest of your life.
