Depending on what they are like, you could almost humourously introduce the topic into a conversation. Like saying, 'God, I am so sick of being single - I need a boyfriend, any volunteers?' You say it partly in jest, but their response should give you a clue as to the most keen/likely of them. I know of friends who agreed that, if each of them had not got married by the time they were 30, they would marry each other! (They didn't need to, btw!)

Be aware that, if you are part of a group of friends, going out with one of them will alter the dynamic of the group, and may make things awkward in some situations. You will be regarded as much as a 'couple' as two individuals, and some in your group may feel uncomfortable with that. And, turning a friendship into a relationship is a one way street - very rarely will you be able to revert back to just being friends if the relationship doesn't work out.

There are all sorts of ways to make your feelings known, but the serious heavy declaration can be difficult and awkward for each of you, especially if he doesn't feel the same way - that too will affect your friendship. I would avoid that method. Far better to go for a lighthearted approach with a touch of humour in it, and see what responses you get. That way, if none of your three mates feel the same way, there won't be any awkwardness, as you can laugh it off.

All the best.

i would say to only approach one of them...preferably the guy yu like most and just say look i have feelings for you, id rather let it out than in and i want to know what u think etc etc. also make sure that you dont ruin anything special because once a friendship turns into a reltionship the hardest thing in the world is to reverse it...trust me! so make sure that you really want to approach them and think about what u might lose relationship wise...good luck! :o)
