Anyone unmarried is eligible, however, differing stages of committment to their current relationship would change the value of their eligibility.
I mean, how much work someone would have to do to win their affection is the opposing value to their eligibility.
My eligibility list would work like this, from most eligible to least:
Divorced
Single, Not dating
Single but dating multiple prospects
Single, dating a single person regularly
Smitten
In a relationship
Living together
Engaged to be married
Your own conscience comes into play with some of these levels.
NOTE: You can add "DRUNK" anywhere in this list until after the word, "Married", which is ineligible... PERIOD
