It depends on what you consider "like she used to" and it also depends on how old you are and how long you've been together.
Everyone goes through phases. You may be in that part of the relationship where everything is very comfortable and good - maybe she feels the need to have a little space and move around a little. Hang out w/ her friends more etc. Or she could just be going through some emotional stuff that she may not want to involve you in. :) Give her time.

I guess that it's only considered "cheating" if she is still your girlfriend. But yeah, I give high odds that she is seeing someone else if she is going out of here way to deliberately ignore you, like walking the other direction when she sees you. But if she just isn't as dependent on constant reaffirmations of your love, that might indicate an increase in maturity and emotional strength, which is quite healthy.
If she tells you that she is your girlfriend exclusively, then trust her until you have very strong reason to believe otherwise.

Depends on how long you two have been dating. I tend to have the same issue with women and get used to them answering and returning calls right away then when that stops i get kinda pissed.....i've learned that if she is doing that you need to STOP CALLING (my trick because i don't have the self control to just wait for the call back) is to delete the number. If there is nothing for you to be worried about she will call back eventually. it may be she is playing games with you...or she may not be as interested anymore....but the best bet for you is to act like you don't care....dont' call then she will start wondering what is up with you...if you found someone else or whatnot.....right now she has the control you need to get that control back by making her think that you don't care and are happy doing other things.....good luck dude!!!

you should talk to her! DO NOT JUMP TO ANY CONCLUSIONS!!!! it could ruin your relationship. If she thinks you don't trust her about somthing this big she may breakup with you where as if u talk to her calmly and work things out you may just find out that she has been really busy! Also no matter what anyone says DO NOT TRY TO MAKE HER JEALOUS, IGNORE HER, OR (ESPECIALY DON'T) DO THE WHOLE DUMP HER B4 SHE DUMPS U THING! CUZ SHE MAY NOT BE PLANNIN ON DUMPIN U! good luck =D

Alot of things are possible. She could be cheating or just losing interest or just busy with other things who knows. Easiest way to find out is to ask her whats up.

Girlfriends and boyfriends are NOT PROPERTY.
Teenage relationships are fluid and easily changed. She has moved on, and being very young, couldn't find the words to openly break up with you.
Maybe it is time for you to move on. Do not harass her. Do not spam her, do not call her, do not IM her. In other words, do not stalk her.

Confront her on why she is acting different. Dont just jump into the conclusion that she is cheating. Talk to her, maybe there is somthing bothering her!

Ask her what is up and why she has been ignoring you. If it dont change, then find someone who wants to be with you and let her know you plan on doing so.

Maybe she is and maybe she isn't. You won't know unless you CALL HER and in that way you will already know and be ready to move on and try to start dating someone who wants to be with you. From the looks of it she's already moved on and she just hasn't told you yet.

She may be taking the easy way out of breaking up with you. Anyone worth dating will be upfront and honest and won't play games. Good luck! :)
