i walked into my boyfriends house and he was having sex. with my best friend. i dont know what to do. he got up and tried to calm me down but i ran away. what do i do?

You get involved with any or all of your hobbies and interests. Try not to be alone alot .....If you live alone ....go stay with someone eles or have someone stay with you ...call your phone company and get a block put on the X b/f's number and the X g/f's number........and if they call from another phone ...don't get weak ...hang up ASAP....you know you will find this very true if you go out and volunteer someplace to help less forunate people ...or the elderly ...or just help other humans anyway you can it helps you to forget your own problems ...and it is a win win situation because you and who you help both benefit!!...try it ..i promise it works.....as for helping your heart to heal ...I have always said ...you cannot lose something you never had......that man is obviously someone you never even really knew...think about it.....all he was ...was what you THOUGHT he was...and both of them where not what you thought they were....so in a sense....it seemed as if you knew them ...but they turned out to be strangers. And don't go for any lines ...tears...im sorrys ...nothing ..because what they did to you is so very bad ...and people like that ..if you ever stay and let them get by with it ...it WILL happen again ...and again...and again.....right now YOU HAVE your self respect...they have nothing....if you accept them back into your life youll be back in the same spot ..but because you asked for it ..you wont even have your self respect......when someone does you wrong ...shame on them....if someone does you wrong two times...shame on you...My heart goes out to you ...I can't imagine how that would feel....i wish i had the magic words the right things to say to help you ...but I don't ....time will heal you ...and they were so scummy...that ive got a feeling its going to happen sooner than you think.....and when someone mentions thier names youll seriously for a second think..WHO??...oh yeah those two creeps...hang in there ...there are good people out there not like the bads ..im afraid ....but your going to find the right one when the time is right.....live ...love ...laugh....and your going to be a very happy human when this blows over......{{{{{HUG}}}}

Depends.
I'm pretty unimpressed by guys that cheat with their girl's best friend. For some reason that seems like it shows a lot more disrespect somehow than it would be to cheat with someone you don't know, or someone he picked up one time in a club or something. It means he'd been thinking about doing it with her for a while.
If you have kids, or own a house together, or something permanent together, maybe you can get past it. But if it's only been like six weeks that you've known the guy, I'd say dump him. You deserve a little better than that, don't you?

Well obviously there is 3 sides to every story, but generally speaking it would be undoubtedly best to get a new boyfriend. Secondly, time to move on from your best friend. I'm a guy and have had my friend's girls come on to me and even I told them no. So long story short, it's going to be really rough, but you just need to not invovled them in your life anymore. Shut the door on that chapter. There is lots of guys out there who wouldn't cheat on you with your best friend, and there is best friends out there who won't sleep with your boyfriend.

Girl, when you ran out keep a running.. that should have let you know that he dont give a hoot about you for doing that.. he will give you a million excuses on why, he might say its your fault somehow.... trust me you are better off without him.. I know you are hurting now but in the long run you'll see that you've made the right decision.

Oh my god hon im sorry. Now you know that your bestfriend isnt your best friend at all is she??? And hes a no good piece of trash. Get rid of both of them,,,,and find new friends to hang out with. Dont answer his or her phone calls,,,,stay far away from them.

I would dump him and she would not be my friend anymore. She isn't a true best friend if she would sleep with your boyfriend. Move on with your life and find someone that truly deserves you. Good Luck!

Dump his ***. He obviously does not respect you or love you. Find someone who appreciates you for who you are and stay away from the friend for awhile as well. It will only cause you heartache to see either one of them right now.
