I'm not into illegal immigration and I honestly don't know who's illegal so I don't do any finger pointing when I'm outside.
But in recent news in NYC, this woman was murdered and then hung in her shower by an illegal immigrant who tried to make it look as if she committed suicide. If there were stricter laws about illegal immigration, she'd still be alive as would other people.
HE SAID HE MURDERED HER BECAUSE HE WAS HAVING A BAD DAY!

IMO no hate crimes only set back the cause of the anti illegal immigration supporters. I do not want illegals here but for me to treat them as if they were some kind of wild beast is wrong. I do believe that most are seeking a better life (even if they are running from the law of their own country) and I would do the same if I were in their situation so if I need to strike out at someone for the problem I should start with my own government.

There was a time when I would've said no we should not profile certain people but because the terrorist are playing hardball and are willing to kill themselves right along with their target, then I say BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY to make sure we don't have another September 11th...sorry if if makes some people uncomfortable. If it were me and I were stopped or pulled over due to the cop or a citizen being scared I would be understanding and VERY cooperative simply because I know what their fears stim from. Welcome to the future. I am a black person so I know what profiling is all about when they were doing to my people there WAS no good reason for it....but now....I'd say there is. 3 - 4 thousand people in one swoop? Get use to it the fear is here to stay. The ironic thing is that at the time the country was reporting stories of blacks being pulled over in cars by the cops just because they could....The terrorist and Timothy McVeigh were planning the big one. Neither of which were black, now there is a new N***er in town they are call middle eastern terrorist!

Whether anyone realizes it or not, profiling is and will be an ongoing system. The only way profiling could be eliminated and eradicated is for all humans to be completely blind. I have heard people say they are not racists or prejudice against anything, but I am sure that all those people are just in denial over what they really feel inside. As far as your question, there is no justification for any hate crimes, and I do not see that prejudism or discrimination is hate.

There are no hate crimes against immigrants related to this issue. Hate crimes are mostly urban blacks committing racially motivated violence against hispanics and vice versa. This is a statistical fact.
Another statistical fact is that most illegals are involved in crime, particularly violent crime. For example, they make up 2% of our population yet 35% of the prison population (not possible unless the majority of them are criminals). Contrast that with the fact that less than 3% of them work at any type of job and this adds up to a very strong case for profiling. Further, by definition, these people are criminal fugitives and should be treated as such.

i'm a Republican who occurs to have a liberal view on immigration. in case you want human beings to pressure the speed decrease and not in any respect 5 to ten mph over, you may want to implement that instantaneous - no longer devoid of note turn round and retroactively hand out 1000's of tickets and droop easily everyone's license for what we've all been doing for a lengthy time period. that is an unwritten settlement that besides the actual undeniable actuality that technically unlawful, the police officials are going to allow you get away with going a touch over the speed decrease. we were lax on implementing unlawful immigration and appeared any incorrect way. it really is a lot a lot less puzzling to teach human beings away on the border or deport them once their visa expires than to throw them in another usa at the same time as they have been right here for most, many years and equipped a existence right here. ultimately, we favor to guard the border and to be sure who's right here. in the journey that they don't look to be criminals, i haven't got a difficulty with a pathway to citizenship - and that i have no want to squeeze those human beings like many different conservatives look to experience is significant. so a approaches as "jumping the line", the placement there is that there is a line in any respect. Our criminal immigration equipment is so screwed up that that is backing up those who might want to be able to enter and make contributions to the rustic. All of that is purely context... to respond to your question, I nonetheless haven't got a difficulty with the time period. The "unlawful" in "unlawful immigrant" denotes prestige - an same way we've "unmarried human beings" and "married human beings". it really is a factually precise ongoing prestige. The time period has no longer something to do with race or racism. There are white unlawful immigrants too. How is the framing incorrect? purely because i'm no longer massive on punishment for a criminal offense we weren't appropriately implementing does no longer advise they don't look to be ultimately to blame and to blame for his or her personal moves. so a approaches as employers, in the previous many have not universal (or fairly frankly tried no longer to carry close) no matter if their workers were unlawful or no longer. For those you are able to teach knowingly employed "unlawful immigrants", I truly haven't any situation calling them "unlawful employers" both. bypass ahead and upload that to the lexicon.

There is no justification for violence against any immigrant, illegal or not, even if you know their legal status.

In my opinion, you nor anyone else can justify hate crimes. We must let our court system decide what is right or wrong.

Sorry to have to be the one to break it to you but profiling works.
If you can't speak English, keep your immigration papers on you.
It is not discrimination to identify your legal status.
