a bity shy hon?? You have to get her attention to get to talk to her. No stalking dear, but see what she likes. If she likes coffee or tea, go up to her and ask if she would like to get some coffee/tea with you. If she agrees, you might have the oportunity to talk. Try to get her to go, just the two of you if possible. Easier to talk that way without people heckling or watching your every move.
A long time ago, a man wanted to tell me he thought I was beautiful. He didn't know how. He finally figured out that I drink either tea or coffee. He asked if he could buy me a cup of coffee at the little coffee place around the corner. I said no, but he could buy me some tea if he would like. We ordered at the counter together. Allow her the courtesy of ordering for herself. Then carry the two cups to the table, and carry whatever she takes in her coffee or tea. This boy carried my cup, two little creams, and a little plastic spoon to the table. He fixed my tea for me, moving the bag up and down. And when it was the proper color, he removed the bag, opened the creams and poured them in. We talked about weather, a bit about some new movie that was out....and then he said "You're beautiful". I was very young, I still remembered how to blush. I smiled as I sipped the tea, blushed, and quietly said thank you. And I never forgot him. He wasn't my first love. He never became my only love. But he became someone I always remember. You may not ever become her only love, or her first love. But I promise, if she has a good heart, she will never forget you.

Let her know by buying her flowers and make a sweet comment as to how they are nothing compared to her beauty. I know it sounds sappy but some girls go for that stuff. If you can't come out and say it, write it down. A simple hello letter lets her know she has an admirer. Find out what she likes! Don't forget to smile and blush when you tell her. It's the cutest thing a guy can do. =) Good luck!

whatever you do, if she is a nice/respectable girl do not tell her she is hot. Tell her you think she is beautiful. If you don't, you may regret it, because she maybe wishing you told her, and even still who doesn't LOVE a nice compliment like that?

Just say something like , " a girl like you would never give me the time of day" and she should say "why, and then say " because look at you, your so pretty, .........." or something like that.
