My arms are all pimply and bumpy and...rashy? I've had them for ever but they're really starting to be more noticable and ucky. The're not itchy or anything. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Those little red bumps you describe are quite common. They are from inflammation of the hair follicles, and usually on the back of the upper arm. The medical name is follicular keratosis. I would suggest you see your dermatologist to find out if that's really what it is, or something else. When you bathe or shower, you might try using a loofah sponge to slough off the bumps, and use a moisturizing body lotion afterward. You'll have to keep doing this before you notice any improvement, but eventually it should get better.

It could be your diet or genetics. Some people get it and some don't.
It could be acne? Try seeing your doctor, he helped out a friend of mine with a similar problem to you!

my cousin had something like that a couple months ago and her dermatolagist told her to use hydrocourtizone ((or however you spell that)) cream and that it was a rash. she's been using it and the bumps have lightened up. you can hardly tell they're there anymore. :D

try using sugar/oil scrub on your arms,exfoliates,and leaves them soft,you can find this mixture at any store,Walgreen's etc.
