It's definately not true. Some people get a house by 24 and then loose it when they're 30. Everyone succeeds when they can. It doesn't make you a failure... Don't let anyone make you feel that way.

not a failur but not lucky.
u can success without luck in ur life but it means working triple as much as the lucky ones do.. to be average...not even as successful as they r. but not exactly a loser.
anyways nothing is guranteed..
things r more complicated than a lousy house in 24 hours.
if its not luck, then maybe ur a failure because ur too picky and too hard to please and with life u gotta take what u have and change it add to it or alter it to suit ur life, u make the house suit u not seek a house thats already perfect for u coz its so difficult to find..especially if ur the type that asks this kind of questions..ah well goodnight my eyes r red never mind what i said. oxygen makes me drunk.

No, absolutely not. This sounds rediculous to me. Success can come at any time during ones life. Some people just get started earlier that others.

Dude that is so wrong my uncle only bought his first house at 34, and he's got his own buisness and he's making so much money he gives a portion of it to charity each year.
