Here's the list of foods that contain B vitamins:
B1 (Thiamin) - whole grains, fish, lean meat, egg yolk, soy beans, dairy products, legumes
B2 - whole wheat, legumes, eggs, fish, meat, milk, spinach, nuts, seeds
B3 - dairy products, lean meat, eggs, fish, nuts, potatoes, tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms
B6 - green leafy vegetables, fish, meat, egg yolk, whole grains, legumes, milk, cabbage, beets, watermelons, potatoes
B12 - meat, eggs, shellfish, dairy products
I haven't heard that B vitamins can help build memory, but sure doesn't do any harm to fortify yourself with them. Best person to ask would be a nutritionist or doctor.
