There are many prophets. They are simply doing their work for Christ in the fashion he showed. He did not have people giving tickets out for the show nor did he announce his presence. He simply drew a crowd by quietly teaching as he went about his way. So for now they are largely overlooked by those who yell and thump their bibles louder. And anyone who dares to speak of Jesus' teachings nowadays is usually considered loony by any save the Christians anyway, so an atheist would probably just run the other direction. But they do exist and they are all over the place doing their father's work.

There is a living prophet on the earth today! There are also living apostles!
God has set up the "Pattern of the Prophets" in the past...and God is speaking through the Prophet and apostles today.
The living prophet on the Earth now is Gordon B. Hinckley. He is the President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Some Lubavitchers thought Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson was the messiah but then he died in 1994 and now some people say he was a just another prophet. Others think he is still the messiah or that he will return as the messiah.

I was called to be a prophet (seer)...I am in no way ready to be but in the Lords time I will be and then I still will not be perfect..There are alot of prophets out there...you just have to be careful and there are alot of ones that walk in the flesh too..

Because we have the Qur'an and the Sunnah (practices of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him).
Whenever Allah sent His Books with His Messenger, people abused them and changed Allah's Books. And then Allah sent the Qur'an with Prophet Muhammad pbuh and nobody can ever change the Qur'an!
That's why there are no more prophets!

because we have the complete bible 2 tim 3:16 All scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, reproving and setting things straight that the man of God may be fully equipped for every good work

Go ask a Mormon that, and they'll tell you there is a modern day prophet. and he's the presedent of their church. I think his name is Hinkly or something. and of course, the founder of their church was a prophet named Joseph Smith. this is all according to their beliefs, though.

LOL @ are "Taliban and different muslims students" although, to respond to your question; A beard isn't required in Islam. Many Muslim adult men are sparkling shaven. it really is purely the Mohammed wannabes who placed in this - the troublemakers.
