is 6.0 any better than 5.8 mg on cordless phones?

I have a lot of interference on 5.8

As above, not much difference. My phones are are 5.8 and once
I did have pretty bad interference for awhile but it was from a frayed wire on my base phone. Changed wire and had no problems after.

0.20 difference is insignificant.
