No, but what you speak of must come first. First you suspend disbelief, then you activate the belief you desire.

You depend emotionally on faith.........I have faith my wife won't cheat on me.

You suspend your disbelief for fun but you don't depend on it.........blocking out the world and getting absorbed in a fictional story.

Although you do need to a suspension of disbelief if you are going to put your faith into something that contradicts logic or real world experience.
