Weight Watchers is great. They have the belief that everything is ok in moderation, that's why I like it so much. If I want to have dessert, or am planning to eat out, I can cut back the rest of the day. Very flexible. Good luck!

If you are looking for a fast solution this is not it...but it is easy, effective and beneficial in more ways than one. Besides getting lots of vitamin c, you will loose weight gradually, which means you won't have permanent flab to endure or have removed surgically.

I do Weight Watchers. It's great. Beware of the grapefruit answer from above. Do not try it if you take medications. Grapefruit can prevent you from absorbing meds. Good Luck!

try doing weightwatchers. Its a nice and comfortable dieting program that will really help you stay in good health and keep up by keeping track of what you take in.
