It is absolutely true! Actions speak louder than words, and since 1814, they have always been there when we needed them. Yes, I include the Civil War years, because their neutrality then (despite the Southern sympathies held by many British) was the right thing for them to do. Your best friend does what's right, even if it isn't what you want at the time.
