What kind of cola? If you're talking about the drink, then no it only adds calories.

If you're messin with the "white lady" then yes, because it speeds up your system temporarily and you don't feel like eating.

Maybe if they put the number of calories in each can of soda in 1/2" letters it would stop silly statements such as this. Would you drink a can of pop if you had to look at that 200 number until you finished the can.

Nope it won't burn calories, just adds unnecessary ones. I used drink a 20oz coke everyday with lunch, when I stopped for one month I lost 10lbs just from making that one change. Do yourself a favor & don't drink any soft drinks if you want to lose weight, drink water instead.

I suppose the caffiene would increase your metabolism, however the calories introduced by the soda would be much more than the extra you burn. So in truth, no.

no that is not true. cola has sodium and fat. This will just make you fatter.
