As you say you are stressed out it says to me that your mind all-most consciously forgetting things.
I will stick my neck out and say that there might be aspects of your life that you are not dealing with because they seem to stressfull as a result your mind is trying to blank out things.
You need to try and face up to things, do that thing that needs to be done however hard it might be at first, you might have trouble thinking of it at first, as you might have pushed it to your subconscious but it might be the key.
If you can't think of these things try this next step:
Try things like tidying up your room regularly doing your homework, helping your parents with the washing up,they are usually niggling things that you just cant be bothered to do.(well I cant anyway)
However these things help your mind face up to the bigger things and will clarify your thought patterns, even if things seem to difficult to deal with, like doing things that you normally would not want to do like the examples above teaches your mind to stay in line and become clearer and focused and you will find that you will start to become in control and it will have a knock on effect.
I usually find if I am forgetting things a lot It is usually connected to things I want to forget about facing it is the first step to overcoming it. Memory aids might help but that way you are not dealing with it by the root.

I'm not sure how we can help you to stop frogetting things like the t in just and the e in have but, the good news is that you're not forgetting things at all. Well, it goes like this, if you forget something then you tend not to remember you've forgotten it, true memory loss, like the type experienced in dementia will not allow you to recall that you have forgotten something. What you have are retention difficulties and, because you have identified it you have become stimulus aware and now you notice every little thing that does not spring instantly to mind, you perceive this as further evidence of terrible memory, become more agitated, fail to store items properly in short term memory because you are so caught up in how bad your memory is, and have difficulty in retaining information, see this as further proof etc.

You're 16 (I was 16 40 years ago) at a new school wanting to fit in, wanting to succeed and wanting to be liked. If the people there are new to you you don't know the rules yet and you're bound to worry. Give yourself a break and, at the same time, get a grip. Is it true that you NEVER find what you're looking for and have you IRRETRIEVABLY LOST something. If the answers are no then the way you are describing your experience is making things worst and that is one area where you can make a start to change things.

Unfortunately, this is probably not going to get better until your stress goes down. When your mind is focussed on more pressing matters, it's too bogged down to access other information like "Where did I put my keys."

The easiest way to help is to find some routine with the day-to-day things you use all the time. Always keep your keys, books, etc. in the same place. Lay out what you'll need for the next day the night before. If you know that tomorrow it's going to snow and you'll need gloves put them by your coat. That way, the next morning you're not running around trying to find your gloves.

You can find much more than you've been looking for in Jesus Christ---Heaven and Eternal Life.

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
(Digestion of above can even prevent depression and suicidal thoughts.)

Take a bath contained in the morning and by no ability at evening then you will seem extra sparkling because you would have purely had a bath. Spray on some impressive body spray or use a reliable smelling deoderant! reliable luck!

1st straightin out your living area, go through everything and get rid of what you don't need. once you have everything orginized, just start putting things back where they belong and you will never have a problem finding anything.. i have somewhat of a compalsive disorder with cleaning and orginizing and i love it now that i'm older because i when i need something i just go to the spot and it's there. and i figure it took me so long to make things so nice that taking a few extra seconds to put it where it belongs saves me from minutes of hunting for it.. and never be a pack rat, get rid of things you have no use for..

Tidy your room etc, and have one drawer which has stationary etc and put a shelf up if you dont have one to put other things you need on. Decide which things you are most likely to need and keep them close at hand, when your stressed its easy to forget, just try and have a routine of where your going to put things and it should get easier.

Bono can't find what he's looking for either, give him a bell he might be able to help, but with a name like dog food I doubt it.

Stress can make you forgetful, distracted. Try some meditation.
