Im sure they do, but lose it naturally. Once you stop taking those pills you will gain all your weight back. Just like people on low carb diets , they get to there desired weight quit the diet and gain back more then before.

Slimming tablets come in two forms. One is an appetite supressant, the other a diuretic. They work whilst you are taking them, but the downside is they can become addictive. When you cease taking them you will put weight back on. A well balanced diet and exercise is superior.

T5's are the only ones i have used, they give you more energy so you work harder in the gym or at your chosen method of exercise and suppress your appetite so you eat less.

It's most likely that they contain amino acids to speed up your metabolism, and stimulants to make you more active. They can work for the short term if you also cut your calories and exercise more.

i would expect them to be laxatives...
they certainly aren't the healthy way to lose weight
it has been said time and time again but people are either too lazy or too impatient and will not listen, but it still remains:
the best way to lose weight, is to eat sensible and EXERCISE
its as simple as that.

They are probably speed, so don't take them cause you will just end up back or worse then you are now. Take it from me - been there, done that.
